All orders are subject to a processing period prior to shipment. Order processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and regional holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a formal notification containing tracking data.

Please note that high-volume periods, such as seasonal promotions or holidays, may slightly alter processing windows. In the event of an unexpected delay, our logistics team will notify you promptly via email.

Aqualume provides standard commercial shipping to the United States and European territories. Below are the estimated delivery timelines and associated costs:

## 3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Upon dispatch of your package from our fulfillment networks, a Shipment Confirmation email will be automatically transmitted to your registered address. This communication will include your unique tracking number(s) and a direct link to the carrier's real-time monitoring portal. Tracking information typically activates within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.

Aqualume is not liable for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes levied upon your package during importation. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including, but not limited to, tariffs, VAT, or local customs processing fees).

For European Union destinations, localized VAT regulations may apply at checkout or upon entry, depending on current logistics routing and compliance frameworks.

## 5. Damages and Lost Shipments
Aqualume takes substantial measures to ensure sustainable and secure packaging. However, if you receive your order damaged or if the carrier updates the status to lost, please preserve all original packaging materials, damaged items, and photographic evidence, and contact our support structure immediately.

Claims for items damaged in transit or missing items must be reported within 7 calendar days of the documented delivery date.

## 6. Incorrect Address Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the full shipping address is inputted accurately at checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment network due to an incomplete, incorrect address, or failure to collect the package from local postal facilities, the customer may be held responsible for any auxiliary reshipping costs incurred.
